Before a new school year kicks off, we want to meet our community where they are with what matters most to them. "Pit Stop for Your Health" was all about equipping the Hampton, VA community with all the supplies they might need to head into the school year confident and shining. We were also there to make preventive care fun, trusted, and easy to access. Alongside 10 incredible @vituityhealth volunteers and physicians, and in partnership with @djenvy’s Drive Your Dreams, we: ✅ Provided free health screenings (BP, glucose, and BMI) ✅ Handed out 500+ backpacks filled with school supplies through our #PackedWithCare initiative ✅ Served healthy refreshments and vital wellness tips for the whole family We are so grateful to everyone who made this day possible. Here’s to heading into the school year strong and healthy! 💪 #CommunityFirst #HealthEquity
