Crystal Wall came with the ENERGY, and let me tell you, she did NOT disappoint!

Crystal Wall came with the ENERGY, and let me tell you, she did NOT disappoint! She had the whole room moving during her Zumba class at the Twenty Eight Wellness Club event! High energy, great music, amazing vibes, and a room full of incredible women showing up for themselves and each other! Carmen Contreras joined Crystal in celebrating the amazing ladies who came out and made this event so special. This is what happens when FITNESS meets FUN and COMMUNITY! It's bigger than a workout. It's about creating an environment where women can connect, encourage one another, and have an AMAZING time doing it! Show Crystal some LOVE in the comments, and make sure you're following Carmen Contreras and Twenty Eight Wellness Club so you don't miss the next event! #TwentyEightWellnessClub #ZumbaFitness #WomenSupportingWomen #HoustonWellness #FitnessCommunity
