Gave up Mountain Dew (again.) I'm focusing on it being like drinking gasoline to trick my mind to stay away from it. I went to the doctor and they said, "hey, you gained six pounds in 2024. That's not bad." Tell that to my gut and my mind. I struggled all year to combat those two things. I can't let that win.
