I represent the family of John Mendoza, Jr the young man murdered by a Deputy Sheriff without cause in Lake Jackson, TX. This video shows John driving home at a normal speed with a police officer closely behind. John is failing to yield but he is clearly not evading or trying to escape the officer. He merely wanted to get home to his dad so he could be with him when dealing with the cop who was stalking him and his three friends walking the track at a public park. You can hear the gunshot moments after the siren turns off. No commands. No directives. Just execution.
