Learning I'm pregnant, for the first time, after 2.5 years of fertility struggles.
Learning I'm pregnant, for the first time, after 2.5 years of fertility struggles. Feeling ready to share this ❤️ . The day I found out I was pregnant, I was sure it was going to come back negative, even if I WAS pregnant. It was only a few days after the transfer and just felt too fast, I didn't think the levels in my body would be able to reflect that! But I had a weird feeling. So I doordashed myself cookies, and literally my first pregnancy test (every other time I just waiting for the blood test). I remember telling myself not to be disappointed if it came back negative because that doesn't mean I'm not pregnant, it just means my body isn't aware yet. Then, boom. Actual shock paralysis. After this I IMMEDIATELY called my nurse Hope and it was wonderful to have someone to share this with while I waited to William to get home from work 🥹❤️ I'll share telling him soon! . If you are going through fertility struggles, please don't give up if you're able to keep going. I know how hard it is to stay hopeful- even I wasn't, most of the time. But, it freaking happened. It can happen. #IVF @thermanetwork
