Somehow we’re here. Our middle man is now a high school senior. Our oldest is in his second year of college, and our youngest is a sophomore. When the days felt long (and hard 😆), but somehow the years flew by. Homeschooling them, I used to wonder what it would be like when they moved on to traditional school. Then they did… and I’m so thankful and blessed to still be right there for everything. One minute I’m lesson planning (planning trips 🫣), the next I’m holding it together while they’re driving themselves and picking out their own school supplies. This season feels like standing right in the middle — part kid, part almost-adult — soaking up every performance , every event, every moment… even the teenage eye rolls. 🙄 I don’t want to miss any of it. I’m so thankful they love us, include us, and still want us close 🤍
