Stevenson picked ‘Gratitude’ by Brandon Lake for this recap video of his run for his orphanage in Haiti because that’s exactly what we’re full of right now…so much gratitude. 🙏🏼 Thank you to every single person that was apart of this run. From those that gave suggestions on how we should do it….to those that sent encouragement & prayers…to those pledged per mile and made donations…YOU all made this possible. 👏🏼👏🏼 And to Stevenson’s friends that came out to run with him…I get emotional watching them in the video…and their sweet moms…couldn’t have done it without y’all. 🥹 I’m also so thankful Ben and I can support Stevenson in this way TOGETHER….and then seeing Stachira post from out of town about how proud she is of her brother…that melted my heart. ❤️ They both lived at this orphanage that y’all are supporting and this is all just such a blessing. Stevenson had a goal of 10 miles (double the longest he’d ever run before) and $3,000 in donations. Well, y’all kept giving so he kept running. He went from only ever running 5 miles to a half marathon annnnnnd he made it look easy. 😂 This money will not only cover Christmas for all the kids + end of year bonuses for staff/nannies, but there is a school at the orphanage too and the amount y’all went over on his goal will be enough to cover teacher salaries for 2026 + end of year bonuses for the teachers too. Crazy!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you. Thank you.
