What an amazing turnout for the 28 Wellness event at FORME! The energy has been incredible. From Pilates to dance, people are moving, connecting, having fun, and making wellness a priority. A special shoutout to Latina Girl Carmen Contreras and Monica Garcia for helping create such an exciting experience and bringing people together around health, movement, and community. I love seeing events like this remind us that taking care of yourself does not have to be boring. You can move. You can laugh. You can connect. And you can have a GREAT time doing it.
