⏰ YOUR BREAKFAST MAY HAVE A SWEET SPOT. And apparently, it’s 7–8 A.M. 🍳☕ A new study followed data from more than 31,000 U.S. adults over 40 and found people who ate breakfast between 7 and 8 a.m. had the lowest mortality risk. The later breakfast got, the stronger the association: 🥣 8–10 A.M. → about 10% higher risk 🥐 10 A.M.–NOON → about 19% higher 😳 AFTER NOON → about 29% higher Why it matters: Researchers say meal timing may interact with our body clock, metabolism and circadian rhythm. But important: This was an observational study. It found an association, not proof that eating breakfast after noon causes an earlier death. Your overall health and lifestyle still matter. The study also pointed toward 7–8 P.M. for dinner and avoiding those after-midnight meals. So… what time do YOU actually eat breakfast? 👇 And send this to the person whose “breakfast” somehow happens at 1:30 in the afternoon. 😂 #breakfast #bacon #pancakes #eggs
