And just like that…Season 1 of SEEN IN FULL is complete.

And just like that…Season 1 of SEEN IN FULL is complete. 🎙️🎙️🙌🙌 What a dream it’s been stepping into the world of podcasting. From the early planning conversations to bringing each episode to life, I’ve loved every minute of this journey, especially working alongside the incredible Jeff and Callie Dauler and their production team, whose expertise and care made this season possible. SEEN IN FULL was created to hold space for the conversations we’re often not having. The deeper ones. The honest ones. Conversations about life transitions, grief, career changes, retirement, depression, mental health, family, identity and everything in between. We’ve laughed and cried in these episodes. My hope has always been that listeners feel seen, understood, and reminded they’re not alone. Every single guest this season brought vulnerability, wisdom, and truth. Each of them is a THRIVER, and I’m forever grateful for their trust and their voices. Season 1 Guests (in no particular order): • Brenda Wood - @brendabwood • Nick Valencia - @nickvalencianews • Kier Spates (“Junior”) - @juniorshms • Abbey Chakalos • Alia Alston @aliaalston • Dr. Jeanne Hatcher • Sophie Lucido Johnson @sophielucidojohnson • Dr. Jillian Horton @jillianhortonmd • Jeff Dauler @jeffdauler As I close out Season 1, I’m filled with gratitude, especially watching the community grow, with more listeners and more stories being heard. If you haven’t tuned in yet, SEEN IN FULL is available on all major podcast platforms. 🎧. Podcasts grow & sustain with more listeners, so feel free to listen & share your favorite episode! 🎙️ Link in Linktree + Story. Closing out Season 1. Closing out a chapter.
