Got extra room in your backyard? Three little piggies want to go “wee, wee, wee” all the way to loving homes! 🐷 Hamilton, Fancy Francois and Kissin Kyle are up for adoption through the Arizona Humane Society after their previous owners could no longer provide the care they needed. The neutered male potbellied pigs are staying at AHS’ South Mountain Campus — and their adoption fees are waived. Because pigs thrive with companionship, they should be adopted with at least one other pig OR join a home that already has one. Thinking about welcoming a pig into your family? Here’s what to know: 🐽 They typically weigh 90 to 150 pounds, but can top 200 🐽 They can live 15 to 20 years 🐽 Some cities and HOAs do not allow them 🐽 Their hooves and tusks require regular care 🐽 They may root and dig up yards 🐽 They must be kept separate from dogs 🐽 Arizona pigs need shade, fresh water and a pool or mud area to stay cool Think you can give these intelligent, social animals the right home? Visit the Arizona Humane Society’s website to view their adoption profiles — and share this post to help the trio find their new families! 🏡🐷 🎥: @azhumane 🎙️ Narration/Editing: Serena O'Sullivan, KTAR News
