Real talk, introducing our dog to our baby. Not exaggerated, not romanticized. This is a day we've been so excited about, and anxious over. And I know it's like this for a lot of pup parents. Savannah is a HUGELY energetic dog who doesn't know her own size nor the power behind it- we get bonked all the time. She's also treated like a princess with all our attention, which obviously needs to be adjusted now that we have another little love in the family. Her trainer @jacky.dfl brought her and monitored an energetic HI HELLO, which went super well, but we have work to do if we want to be sure both nuggets stay happy and safe. And it's a process NO one should take for granted. Happy to have our family officially together. ❤️
