Who is this person? Two weeks in a row. 🙏😭 Again. I’m almost afraid to post, because what if…? Superstitious me doesn’t want to jinx anything. What you don’t see: My pain is at a 5 today. Not awful, and a far cry from the person who needed a cane this winter and was crawling up steps. I have normal pain and no “electric shocks” which wouldn’t allow me to do this safely. I’m not sure if it’s my new meds, the nice weather, or the fact that I quietly picked up some martial arts classes for movement (or a combination), but any day that I’m able to move somewhat freely is a good day! Thanks to everyone who reached out about my last post. There were some great conversations and lots of support!
