Cook in’ With Kayla: Chocolate Covered Strawberry Dip Ingredients 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip thawed 1 (4 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix 1 lb chopped strawberries about 2 cups 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 tsp vegetable oil Instructions 1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine thawed Cool Whip and instant chocolate pudding mix, then mix until combined. 2.Transfer the whipped chocolate mixture into the bottom of a pie plate or shallow serving dish and spread into an even layer. 3.Wash and dry your strawberries, cut them into small bite-sized pieces, then add the chopped strawberries on top of the whipped chocolate base. 4.In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips with vegetable oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. 5.Drizzle the melted chocolate over the strawberries. Refrigerate until serving alongside dippers of your choice!
